Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us" means Classio Logistics (Pty) Ltd, Company No. 95669, Business Reg. A2025/21173, registered in the Kingdom of Lesotho. "Customer" means the person or entity engaging our services. "Goods" means any items tendered to us for transport.

2. Services

We provide freight, courier, parcel delivery, cross-border, warehousing and corporate logistics services within Lesotho and Southern Africa, subject to these Terms and any written quotation issued.

3. Quotations & pricing

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated and are based on information supplied by the Customer. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, redelivery, customs duties, fuel surcharges or weight discrepancies.

4. Customer obligations

• Provide accurate consignment details and contact information.
• Ensure Goods are properly packed, labelled and lawful for transport.
• Not tender Prohibited Goods (cash, firearms, narcotics, hazardous materials, perishables without notice).
• Provide all customs documentation required for cross-border shipments.

5. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are good-faith estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, customs, force majeure or incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

6. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lower of (a) the documented value of the Goods, or (b) M5,000 per consignment, unless additional insurance has been purchased in writing. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss.

7. Claims

Claims for loss, damage or shortage must be lodged in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), accompanied by proof of value.

8. Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Overdue accounts may attract interest at the prevailing prime rate plus 2% and collection costs.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maseru.
