• Shipment details: pickup and delivery addresses, recipient details, parcel content & weight.
• Billing details: invoicing address, VAT/tax numbers, payment confirmation references.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, cookie identifiers.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare quotations and fulfil freight, courier and delivery services.
• To communicate shipment status, invoices and customer support.
• To comply with customs, tax and Lesotho Revenue Authority obligations.

We share data only with vetted partners necessary to deliver your shipment: customs authorities, cross-border carriers, payment processors and IT service providers. Cross-border transfers (e.g. South Africa) are protected by appropriate contractual safeguards.

Shipment and accounting records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with Lesotho tax and customs law. Marketing data is retained until you opt out.
